Father, I bring my employees to your feet, I ask that you will bless their hearts with the grace to be intrinsically motivated. Help them to carry out their duties with the mind that it is actually their jobs; they applied for this job and said at their interviews that they are willing to work. I do not know the circumstances that brought them here and if they are not really satisfied with this kind of work, but Lord, you have their hearts in your hands, help them to see that being here can only add to their lives and not otherwise.
Help them to do their work without the expectation of incentives, special rewards or treatment. Grant them the grace to be productive with little or no supervision, help them beat deadlines. Give them pleasure and interest to enjoy their jobs.

Both employers and employees can have their backs bent under the weight of their work. This will definitely result to unhealthy work environment. For this reason, Lord I pray that you will help my employees to overcome every issue that can breed stress and tension in our workplace.
Stress and tension will not only be of detrimental effect to my establishment to the health and lives of my employees. I pray Lord that you will help them track things that make their work stressful, grant them grace to develop healthy lifestyle that will make them productive yet, unstressed. Help them to set realizable goals and establish boundaries that will keep their minds away from distractions and distractors.
Lord, grant them the wisdom to rest on the job especially in a way that will not hinder or reduce their general output. Lord, help every employee to have a robust knowledge of their job description as this will reduce tension on how to be efficacious.

Dear God, I bring my employees to your presence today. I ask that you grant them stability in their homes and families. It is a fact that having problems at the home front will inhibit the productivity of employees at work; so, I pray that you will bless my employees with stable home in the name of Jesus. Help them to build their home against all the assaults of the enemy. Grant them the peace, love, joy and fulfillment from their spouses; help them to reach compromises that will engender unity and love. Grant them victory over issues that tears families apart. Help them to rise above every flood and strengthen them against storms.
Lord, help them to find a balance between their families and their work. Empower them to meet up with the demands of being productive at work and supportive of all their family members. It may be surprising to many that adults combat issues of bullying, harassment and discrimination; but as a concerned employer that pray against the propagation of this kind of attitudes and behaviours in my office. Lord, I pray that these unholy characters will not thrive here in the name of Jesus. My establishment is made of up people from different cultures, beliefs and demeanor; I commit everyone to your hand grant them the enablement to accommodate other people in their environment.
Is there anyone who is used to putting other people under their control against not minding the feelings and wants of others, Lord such one will be changed by your spirit and such a person will grow to be clam and loving towards others in the name of Jesus. I also pray for anyone who does not have the strength of will to be free, the scripture says – where the spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty!
