Managing a business is tasking and it is equivalent to owning the business. From the business transactions, to business deals and seeing to the welfare of the staff, managing a business is an uphill task and you know what? Only the grace of God can make it less of the mountain that it poses to be.
Realizing that only God’s grace can come through for any salvaging situation in business management, I put some prayer points together to daily pray for Managers of companies and businesses. Either as your boss or as a Manager you employed to look over your business, it will be a refreshing time of daily committing your Managers life to God in prayer. It goes a long way in settling the situation even before it arises.
It will be an exciting time as we pray together and believe God to see a positive outcome in the lives of our Managers.
1. Father, thank You for bringing me to this workplace. Thank You for Your goodness around my office. I pray for my Manager, Lord, help him. Give him the wisdom required to actualize the dreams of my workplace. Help my Manager to be diligent and grant him the grace to manage resources aright. In everything, Lord, let Your name be glorified in Jesus name. Give my Manager the grace to see into what he ought to do and do it at the right time in Jesus name.
2. In Jesus name, Lord You are the One who teaches us to make profit. All power to be successful is in your hands. I now commit my Manager to Your able hands, that which he needs to succeed, open him up to it. Give him understanding in his dealings with everyone today, let him continually flow in knowledge from above in Jesus name. Help my Manager today, Lord.
3. I pray for the one managing my business for me, sweet Jesus I can’t direct him and as well, he can’t direct himself. I acknowledge You as the ultimate guide and the one who teaches us to make profit and to increase in all that we do, I surrender my Manager’s mindset to Your care, Father give him the grace to be consistent and diligent. Guide his face to be focused on you in Jesus name.
4. I am praying for my Manager this morning, Lord, You have made me a leader over me. You have entrusted me to his care and I’m serving under him, I ask o Lord that you will help him lead us right. Give him insight to the work he is meant to do and help him organize our work schedules well according to Your will. Open his eyes of understanding to the right path and help him with his leadership roles today in Jesus name.
5. Father, I pray for my Manager and his family, Lord, heal his home, Lord and give him peace of mind to be effective at work today in Jesus name. His family wholeness is proportional to the well-being of our workplace. He needs to be in the right state of mind to get things done and activated at work, every shortcoming in his home and everything that steals his peace of mind, settle him and make him whole. Let Your peace rest upon his family and every details of his life to be made perfect by You in Jesus name.

Some Prayers for Your Manager’s Character
1. In Jesus name, I pray that my boss character will align with Your love and bring about a good attitude in my place of work today. Let Your love shine in his heart and help him live at peace with others.
2. I pray for my Manager, Father, sanctify his heart with Your truth. Let his spirit spring forth peace and wholeness. Help him to be calm no matter what happens today in Jesus name.
3. Lord, I want my Manager to see things in a positive perspective today. Help us work together as one and let our dealings bring forth good profit to me and my staff.
Manager’s Prayers for Wisdom
4. I ask for divine understanding for my manager today. It is by wisdom that he can take care of all that I do and have in his care. Help him manage my business right, Lord and have Your way in him in Jesus name.
5. Wisdom, knowledge and understanding are all from You, Lord. Please, fill my Manager to the overflow in Jesus name. The wisdom to go through each task and business, grant it to him in the name of Jesus.
6. Your word says “seest thou a man diligent in his business, he will stand before kings and not mean men…” the wisdom that will make my Manager diligent and cause me to stand before kings, fill his heart today. Take over his being and help him to be victorious in our deals today in Jesus name.

7. I pray for my Manager to greatly improve in ideas today in Jesus name. Help him, Lord, to have the right approach to tasks and people. Give him the understanding for improvement in Jesus’ name.
8. I ask by Your mercy, Lord, the grace of improvement, let it settle on my Manager in Jesus name. Please, Lord, grant him the grace not to be complacent in his character and lifestyle in Jesus name.
9. Lord, You have chosen my Manager for me. You have given him as a help and support to my business. Father, I ask that You will connect him with the right resources of knowledge to take our business to greater purpose in Jesus name.
10. This is the day of the Lord. In Jesus name, I will rejoice and be glad in Your purpose over my Manager’s life in Jesus name. Give him the exact words, actions and ideas that will set my business to a greater level. Be with Him, Lord and help Him.
