You have been patient longer than you expected.
You prayed with hope at first.
You waited with trust.
You told yourself that God’s timing was perfect.
But now, waiting feels different.
It feels heavier.
Lonelier.
More confusing than you ever imagined.
You are not just waiting anymore.
You are wondering why it has to take this long.
If that is where you are, let me speak honestly to you.
Waiting does not become difficult because your faith is weak.
It becomes difficult because you are human.
Time stretches hope in uncomfortable ways.
It exposes the places where we wanted certainty.
It reveals how deeply we cared about the outcome.
God is not unaware of how long this has taken.
He has not lost track of your prayers.
He has not ignored your tears.
Waiting is not God withholding goodness.
It is often God shaping depth.
There are things faith learns only in delay.
Patience that cannot be rushed.
Trust that cannot be forced.
This does not mean the pain of waiting is insignificant.
It means it is seen.
You are allowed to feel tired of trusting without answers.
You are allowed to ask God why this season feels endless.
Faith is not pretending waiting is easy.
Faith is staying open when it is not.
If God is taking longer than you hoped, do not assume He is absent.
He is often closest in the slowest seasons.
You are not forgotten.
You are not overlooked.
You are being held, even here.
