This is hard to admit.
You believe in God.
You trust Him.
And still, you feel disappointed.
Things did not turn out the way you prayed.
The answer you hoped for did not come.
And now there is a quiet ache where hope once lived.
If this is you, you are not wrong for feeling this way.
Disappointment does not cancel faith.
It reveals expectation.
You expected God to move differently.
To act sooner.
To protect something you lost.
God is not offended by your honesty.
He already knows what your heart is carrying.
Faith is not pretending disappointment does not exist.
Faith is bringing it into the light instead of burying it.
You are allowed to grieve unanswered prayers.
You are allowed to feel confusion and sorrow.
God does not withdraw when trust feels fragile.
He stays close, even when you struggle to understand Him.
Disappointment does not mean God has failed you.
But it does mean something real was lost.
Let yourself mourn that loss.
Let God meet you there.
Faith that has faced disappointment and remained open becomes deeper, not weaker.
You are not alone in this season.
God is still with you, even here.
